the reception staff were very keen to help me. they showed me a map of the area and places outside the city. breakfast was a great selection. the staff tried their best to meet my needs, especially in english.

i found some lights not working. the room was too dark for my liking. i had to fix the safe before i could use it. the fridge seemed dirty.

The breakfast was great! i found a wide selection of items. the location provided convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions. the room was clean, and the bed offered good comfort. the staff were friendly. They provided really good service throughout my stay.

The air conditioning in my room wasn't as strong as i'd hoped. It was a minor inconvenience though.
